Sign your RevSpark agreement
Your service agreement starts your onboarding clock. Most franchisees sign and submit the corporate agency change form same day.
Submit agency change form to corporate
Corporate needs your signed agency change form before they can grant ad account access. Allow up to 5 business days after submission.
Complete pre-kickoff intake form
Quick form covering your offer, pricing, target customer, and ad spend. Fill out before your kickoff call so we can hit the ground running.
Attend your kickoff call
30 to 45 minute call covering your goals, ad spend, offer, and lead handling. Your launch lead will send the invite.
Upload any creative assets
Testimonial videos, clinic photos, videos you have made, social media content, anything else you want to share with our team. Upload to the Drive folder we shared with you and we will incorporate into your campaigns.
Complete booking team questionnaire
Your agreement includes RevSpark booking team services. This questionnaire gives our booking team the context they need to handle your leads on day one.
